Comments : The Entavio platform is used by the RTL group of transmitters and by MTV. The programs will be unencrypted and encrypted using Entavio codes. Later the unencrypted transmission is stopped. After this step the viewers will have to pay a monthly fee for receiving those programs. The Entavio will use a for on Nagra encoding, very probably the Nagraaladin coding. Importantly, the Entavio CI module functions only in devices which are licenced by Entavio (Astra). In all other devices this module does not run.
